Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing DakGyan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This constitutes a valid electronic contract under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform: dakgyan.in.
• Operator: Sniper AI Labs (UDYAM-MH-20-0288154).
• User: any registered individual.
• Content: questions, explanations, analytics, AI responses.
• Subscription: paid access plan.

3. Eligibility

Must be 13+ years old. Minors must have parental consent. Users must provide accurate registration information.

4. Account & License

Single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access digital test series, question banks, AI-powered doubt resolution, and performance analytics.

Strictly prohibited: account sharing, credential resale, web scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, screen recording for commercial redistribution, and unauthorized reproduction.

5. Plans & Access

DakGyan offers free daily access. Paid plan purchases are temporarily paused; any future plan, duration, and charge will be displayed before a user confirms a purchase. Existing subscriptions remain at the terms accepted when purchased until expiry.

• Free tier: 20 questions/day, 5 AI chats/day.

Any charge, including applicable taxes, will be disclosed before payment. The Operator may change future plan terms with notice; an active subscription remains governed by the terms accepted at purchase until it expires.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via RBI-licensed payment aggregators (currently Razorpay). The Operator does not store credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials. Payment data is handled by the payment aggregator under PCI-DSS compliance.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Subject to our Refund Policy (available at /refund). Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content on DakGyan is proprietary to Sniper AI Labs or used under educational fair dealing provisions. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content. References to official Postal Manuals and Directorate Circulars are cited under fair use for educational purposes.

9. User Conduct

Users shall not upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, impersonate others, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

10. Platform Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

DakGyan targets 99.9% uptime but provides no guarantee of uninterrupted service. The platform is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Sniper AI Labs shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sniper AI Labs from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

The Operator may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
